Founded in 1983 and based in Taichung, Taiwan, Ming-Li Precision is an ISO/IATF 16949 certified manufacturer of precision molds and injection-molded plastic components. Core capabilities include insert molding, overmolding, 2-shot molding, PEEK and high-temperature material molding, micro molding, gas assist injection molding, precision gear molding, and LSR silicone molding. Ultra-precision machining achieves ±1 µm tolerances (CNC milling, wirecut, EDM, turning, grinding, laser machining). Metrology includes ZEISS X-ray CT, CMM, and optical measurement. Serves automotive, aerospace, medical, electronics, optical, semiconductor, and industrial sectors. Over 5,000 mold sets produced, with high-volume molding capability and stable CPK ≥ 1.33.
