Great Lakes Forge is a US-based custom open-die forging manufacturer with over 60 years of experience. They produce blocks, rectangles, flats, rounds, discs, sleeves, hubs, spindles, step shafts, crankshafts, and fluid ends. Materials include 13-8, 15-5, 17-4, 316/316L, Nitronic 50 stainless steels, carbon steel, alloy steel, and Nitralloy 135, with maximum part weight of 4,000 lbs, length up to 120", and diameter/thickness from 3.5" to 18". Secondary services include CNC milling, turning, and heat treating. ISO 9001:2015 certified, serving oil & gas, mining, power generation, aerospace, and food processing industries.
